Financial FAQs

Where are the prices to resellers?

Wholesale prices are only visible once you create an account and sign in.

Who can open an account?

All registered companies and professional individuals are able to open an account with us.

Do you offer 30 days credit?

Not immediately. However, once a relationship has been developed we will be in a better position to offer credit terms.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For resellers/retailers looking to hold stock, our suggested opening order value is R3,500 (incl vat, excl delivery). This is to ensure enough of the product range is taken to see best the best results. After the opening order any size/value order can be placed, to top up stock.

Do I have to hold stock?

Not necessarily. If you're not a bricks-and-mortar retailer or reseller, you are able to order products as and when orders are received from your customers. We cannot always guarantee stock though.

How does the 5% in business rewards work?

Our account holders are rewarded 5% of the total value for every order placed. These rewards are in the form of points and are redeemable against all future orders.

Logistics/Shipping FAQs

Do you allow drop-shipping/direct dispatch of your products?

Yes. Should you wish to not hold stock, we are able to send orders directly to either you or your customers.

How does drop-shipping work?

Place your order on the website and then change the shipping address to that of your customers'. All orders are shipped in plain boxes and generic packing packing slips with no mention of "Men's Republic".

Can you batch orders and then send them?

Yes. We could send orders to you daily or you could batch them over 2-3 days to save on shipping, then you could forward onto your customers. Collections by your driver or couriers are permitted but will need to be pre-arranged and registered with dispatch department.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Yes. We can ship to the following countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Egypt, Nigeria. For shipping to the rest of the world we will need to get a quote based on your order. South Africa is notoriously expensive when it comes to freight costs for export - it is almost always cheaper to instruct your international based couriers to collect from us.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders under 5kgs will be delivered in 2-3 business from date of payment. Orders over 5kg and/or those orders going to an ODA (Outlying Area Delivery) will take anywhere from 5-8 business days.

Major Centre Areas

The following are considered major centre areas. Any orders outside of these centres will be more slightly more expensive to ship to as well as take 1-3 days longer (ie 5-8 business days). However it is normally a much shorter period than this and solely dependent on the delivery address. Please ask for a quote when shipping is required to an outlying area.

General FAQs

Who do you supply to?

We supply to online retailers, gift shops, marketing agencies, product resellers, gifting companies, retail stores, pharmacies, blue-chip companies and corporate gifting companies, etc.

How do I see what the wholesale/trade prices are?

Once you have opened an account and been approved, wholesale prices become visible.

Can you supply load sheets of the products for my online store?

Yes. To make life a lot easier we are able to provide load/upload sheets for your online store which will allow you to import all of the products we offer in a single go. These load sheets contain all the relevant info as well as links to product images. View the Download and tool page once your account is active.

Can I return stock that doesn't sell?

Yes. We do accept products on a 'Sale or Return', however the products would need to be returned to us at the resellers cost and be in the same physical condition as first received. Products that can become obsolete cannot be returned, ie iPhone cases for an older model, when Apple releases a newer one. These products are at the discretion of managament.

How often do you add new products?

You can expect to see new products just about every month. We send out a monthly newsletter to our account holders with a list of all the new prices and products.

Can you provide a feed of your products?

View the Download and tools page once your account is active for a link to the XML product feed.

Are you able to provide demo products?

Yes. However, these would need to be bought at the Suggested Retail Price.

Yes. However we can only supply quotes to account holders.

Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:00. We are closed weekends and public holidays.
